At Issy Rose Creations, every pair of earrings is handmade to order with love, colour, and attention to detail. Because each piece is created just for you, please allow a little extra time for production before shipping.

Processing Time

All pieces are handmade to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be carefully created, packed, and dispatched.

During busy periods, new collection launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using tracked postage.

Standard Shipping:

Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping:

Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch (depending on location).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery:

7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and local postal services.

Please note:

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with tracking.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery times are outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with tracking and next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Issy Rose Creations is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it.
